The Montgomery County Free Clinic offers primary medical care for those aged 12 and up, who meet the eligibility requirements. Primary dental services for all our patients, children of our patients, and disabled veterans who meet our income guidelines.
Medical
- Adult health promotion and disease prevention
- Chronic disease management (diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, COPD, asthma)
- Evaluation and treatment of acute health problems
- Group meetings for health education
- Women’s health care (Pap smears, sexually transmitted infection (STI) testing, pregnancy testing, contraceptive management)
- Tobacco cessation
- Referrals for lab and radiology testing
- Minor surgical procedures
Dental
- Dental check-ups and prophylaxis
- Restorations
- Saturday Student Outreach Clinic
- Call on Friday for Saturday appointment availability
- Tentative Saturdays through mid-2022
